As Avita Health System continues to grow, we have various open positions across North(doc) Central Ohio. We are currently accepting resumes & applications for the following pharmacist float position, primarily located at our Galion
, Ohio location.
Interprets physician prescriptions and medication orders. Monitors patient therapies. Acts as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. Compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals. Supervises and directs support personnel.
Regulatory Requirements- Current Pharmacist licensure in good standing in the State of Ohio
- Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
