We’re currently seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our Speech & Audiology Department at our Galion location
.
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) are responsible for providing appropriate evaluation, diagnosis, plan of care, and therapeutic interventions in the areas of swallowing, cognitive-linguistic, speech, voice, and language disorders. The SLP will work directly with patients, their families, and collaborate with healthcare providers in providing education, counseling, and facilitation of additional care/intervention as needed.
Qualifications Required- Master’s degree from an approved school of speech/language pathology
- Current State Licensure in Speech Pathology (as Speech Pathologist).
- BLS certification or obtained within thirty (30) days of hire.
- Knowledge of principals and practice of speech pathology.
- Previous experience working as a Speech Pathologist
- Certificate of competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
