Allure of Knox County is seeking a friendly, reliable, and compassionate Receptionist & Transportation Driver to join our team. This dual-role position is vital to our daily operations, serving as the first point of contact for visitors while also safely transporting residents to appointments and facility-related outings. If you enjoy helping others and making a positive impact, we’d love to meet you.

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families in a professional and welcoming manner

• Answer phones and provide general front-desk and administrative support

• Coordinate and schedule transportation for residents and staff as needed

• Safely operate facility vehicles to transport residents to and from appointments

• Assist residents during transport, ensuring comfort and safety

• Maintain accurate transportation logs and related documentation

• Participate in meetings and training to stay current on facility policies and procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and vehicle

• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

• Competitive hourly rate of $18/hour
