Overview
Starting Wage: $16.00 - $19.00. The more you are available, the more you can earn!
What You Will Do- Safety First — driver are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner; adhere to traffic laws and driver safety requirements; conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory with precision — accuracy matters.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow — your playbook for success.
- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work preferred; training available if no experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts; comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools; strong focus and attention to detail; reliable attendance and commitment to consistency; positive, team-oriented attitude.
- No degree required; military experience encouraged; access to reliable transportation.
- Inventory Associate Driver Requirements: three years of proven driving experience; willingness to submit to pre-employment checks (consumer report, MVR); familiarity with GPS devices; availability for flexible schedules including early mornings and/or late nights.
- Competitive pay with productivity-based wage increases up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, up to a maximum of $5.00.

This position requires standing for extended periods, ability to travel by car and occasional plane travel (including overnight stays). Responsibilities include physical activity such as lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional climbing or kneeling as part of inventory duties.
