Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant

Overview

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services in long-term care, supporting over 600 facilities across multiple Midwest states and expanding. We have immediate part-time openings for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with an interest or specialization in geriatric psychiatry in Galesburg, IL.

• Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating primarily geriatric patients in various facilities.
• Prescribing medications.
• Collaborating with other disciplines.
• Seeing approximately 12-15 patients daily.

• Valid NP or PA degree from an accredited university.
• Full license with DEA# in the state.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of mental health care delivery and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Preferred: at least 1 year working with geriatric patients and familiarity with Medicare standards.

• Day-time hours Monday to Friday; no weekends or on-call.
• Flexible scheduling; autonomy; dedicated support; state-of-the-art systems; full or partial benefits.

Pay starts from $53.00/hour, with opportunities for 401(k) and flexible scheduling.
