Pay range for this position is $34.25 - $51.13/hour
. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is a Salaried position.
POSITION SUMMARY: The clinical supervisor is responsible for supervising, directing, and scheduling the clinical personnel within the clinic locations. Responsible for the day to day clinical activities of a medical office practice and collaborates with care team members to meet patient needs. Works with site leadership to evaluate the overall performance of clinical staff towards the delivery of high quality patient care and effective business operations.
Works together with the site manager on recommending budgets and assures adherence to clinical policies and procedures. Maintains cooperative working relationships with physicians, advance practice providers, OSFMG Coordinators, Medical Center personnel, other OSF entities, and external agencies and organizations. The clinical supervisor leads by example, conducts themselves in a positive and professional manner, and is an advocate for the Mission Partners in the practice.

Family OB; OB/GYN
Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:
Associate's degree - Experience:
Associate's degree or graduate of Accredited RN Program AND 2 years experience in healthcare office setting

Previous leadership experience - Other skills/knowledge:
Ability to multitask and prioritize - Microsoft office
