Overview
Family Medicine or IM/Peds Physician in Galesburg, Illinois (on-site). Outpatient only practice supported by hospitalist service.
Responsibilities- Excellent work/life balance practice seeks Family Medicine or IM/Peds physician, BC/BE.
- Outpatient only practice supported by hospitalist service.
- Call is 1:12, outpatient call only. After hours, the OSF After-Hours Nurse Triage Center will take first call.
- Join 3 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers in a state-of-the-art primary care team.
- Collaborate with embedded services such as care management, social work and behavioral health.
- Work with a Catholic health care organization aligning with NFP guidelines and Mission.
- Clinic hours are Mon-Fri, 7:00am – 5:00pm with option to work on Saturday.
- H1B and J1 visa applications accepted.

- Additional compensation components may apply (bonuses/incentives) based on position needs and qualifications.
