Civil Engineering Internship - Water/Wastewater

DescriptionRinker Design Associates is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineering Intern for Summer 2026 to support civil and municipal engineering projects, with an emphasis on water and sanitary sewer systems. This position offers hands‑on experience working with engineering professionals on real‑world infrastructure projects serving local and regional clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with water and wastewater engineering tasks, including design support and documentation
- Support engineering staff with project‑related calculations, reports, and drawings
- Utilize CAD/CADD software to assist with plan preparation, as needed
- Collaborate with project teams to support ongoing engineering projects
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
- Previous internship experience preferred
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CAD/CADD software is a plus
- Desire to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
