Supply Intern (Summer Intern): Responsible for supporting the Parts & Supplies department with daily duties.

Job Type: Intern

Seasonal: Summer

Workplace Type: Onsite

Office Location: Gaithersburg, MD

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

What you will do:

• Check in materials and put away inventory
• Keep the warehouse clean
• Load and unload shipment of parts, supplies, and equipment
• Assist with will-call
• Order entry
• Showroom replenishment
• General administrative duties
• Assist with shipping and receiving
• Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

• Current high school, technical, or college student
• Self-starter, deadline and detail oriented, bright, organized, follows instructions
• Hardworking, punctual, reliable, willing to learn, positive attitude
• Produces quality work
• Warehouse and inventory experience is a plus
• Able to drive a forklift is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally, and 30lbs on a frequent basis
• Ability to climb ladders, bend and kneel, and have good eyesight and hearing to safely work in the warehouse
