Warehouse Associate

Johnstone Supply in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a permanent full‑time HVAC/R Warehouse Associate to load and unload products, complete general warehouse work and stand in as a delivery driver when needed. This position is scheduled Monday‑Friday during the day shift with possible overtime during peak seasons

As a Warehouse Associate, you load delivery vehicles before departure with great attention to detail. Additionally, you operate a forklift, hand truck, manual pallet jack, and more to safely move products. You also assist customers with will‑call pickups and receive UPS/miscellaneous orders. While working in the warehouse, you ensure it stays clean and safety codes are followed. You also step in as a delivery driver to assist in delivering merchandise to local customers in a safe and timely manner.

You love being part of a great team and enjoy staying busy and on the move throughout the day.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Basic computer skills and map‑reading ability
• Adequate physical strength and stamina to repeatedly lift, carry, move, and set down up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and DOT medical exam

Previous forklift and/or delivery driver experience is preferred. Do you have great verbal and written communication skills?
