The Role
Love working with and managing drivers? We need a leader who can keep our drivers safe and happy. The person chosen for this role will assist the lead operations manager to ensure all deliveries are successful.
Responsibilities- Setting truck and route assignments
- Auditing safety measures like pre‑trip inspections, field quality, etc.
- Mentoring and training drivers
- Driving improvements in your market
- Driving and making deliveries as needed (see Requirements)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work the overnight shift
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE OIL DISTRIBUTION AND TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY.
- Must have a CDL Driver's License with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
Job Type: Full‑time
