Level 1 and 2 Swim Instructor

Overview

Swim Labs Swim School is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and energetic people to join our team. We teach lessons to all ages and abilities in a warm-water pool environment using visual feedback and are adding learn-to-swim instructors as well as coaches with a strong background in competitive swimming to our award-winning swim school.

• Teach swim lessons to all ages and abilities, including group and private lessons, using the Swim Labs curriculum.
• Complete training on the proprietary Swim Labs curriculum (training hours are compensated online and via shadowing).
• Reinforce safety and help run the program and business by being dependable, organized, and punctual.
• Commit to teaching a minimum of two weeknights (4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) and one weekend (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.).

• Experience in swimming is preferred (1 year).
• Lifeguard Certification, or willingness/ability to obtain (required).

• 4-hour shifts
• Evening shifts
• Weekend availability

Location:

One location.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour.
