Safer Softwash is a premium exterior cleaning company serving Montgomery County, MD and select DMV areas. We specialize in safe soft washing and professional exterior cleaning for residential, HOA, and commercial properties. Our reputation is built on quality, professionalism, and doing the job right.

As a Service Technician, you will perform exterior cleaning services, operate professional equipment, and deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely. This is a hands‑on field role that requires strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism on customer properties.

• Perform exterior cleaning services such as soft washing siding, soffits, and trim.
• Concrete/flatwork pressure washing (driveways, walkways, patios, stairs).
• Brick/stone cleaning and surface restoration as needed.
• Gutter cleaning and downspout flushing (as assigned).
• Roof cleaning (only when trained/assigned).
• Set up and break down equipment (hoses, reels, pumps, surface cleaners, ladders, safety gear).
• Mix and apply cleaning solutions safely and correctly (training/SOPs provided).
• Protect customer property (landscaping, windows, fixtures) using proper procedures.
• Provide professional on‑site communication with customers and complete a final walk‑through when needed.
• Take before/after photos and complete job checklists/documentation as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck/trailer; report equipment issues and track supply needs.
• Follow all safety requirements (PPE, ladder safety, chemical handling, jobsite awareness).

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Comfortable with physical labor (standing, bending, carrying equipment, ladder work when trained).

• Previous pressure washing/soft washing or related trade experience.
• Comfort working on ladders/heights (training provided).
• Basic mechanical ability (helpful for troubleshooting equipment).
