Licensed Journeyman HVAC Technician

Overview

We are looking for the best professionals, with a minimum of 5 years experience, who want to work with the best professionals in the HVAC industry on the east coast. We offer coaching, opportunities to earn more money, paid training, and a very flexible work schedule. No on-call, and no slow-session layoffs.

DAY IN THE LIFE:
You can expect an average day that focuses on professional presentation, timeliness, and customer-centric service, with real-time coaching and support as needed.

All residential HVAC, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, service, and more. Customer service means presenting options for each home and family to enable informed choices.

• Learns and implements One Hour service system, procedures and ethical practices
• Accurately diagnoses problems of clients HVAC systems
• Effectively recommends service and repairs options to convert opportunities into sold work
• Performs service, maintenance and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio
• Ability to optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
