Security Officer - Patrol Weekdays Part-Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and contractors at a government location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify maintenance or access concerns;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify authorization as required, and direct visitors to the appropriate departments or waiting areas per site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site personnel and/or public emergency services when needed;
Complete detailed patrol logs and incident reports, document security-related observations, and communicate shift activity to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
