• In this role, the HVAC Sales Manager will work with a team of project reps to drive revenue. The HVAC Sales Manager will be responsible for riding with representatives, managing pipeline and KPIs, refining sales process, and overall growth of the team. The HVAC Sales Manager will have ownership of staffing and the overall vision of your team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in selling complex service to facility managers, property managers, and owners, etc.

• The ideal candidate for this position will possess a track record of selling at a high level, as well as managing a team. The candidate should have a background in selling HVAC or similar service. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess a technical aptitude, servant leadership mentality, and exceptional customer service skills.

• Compensation includes a base salary in the 150k - 200k/year range, as well as an annual bonus based on the performance of the team.
