We are seeking a highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for 30 years and are a family-owned, family-operated business in the USA. You will confidently sell our premium mattress and bedding products using our proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system, bed Match.

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends; typically 4–5 days per week, 40–55 hours per week.
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
• Comfortable using state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile point-of-sales (POS), and the exclusive bed Match system.
• A winning, team-oriented attitude with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
