As a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate you will grow your career while delivering exceptional customer service and driving retail sales of Verizon’s cutting‑edge technology. You will:

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Discover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete, top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales using strong communication skills and delivering simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Grow your customer base through outbound calls and text messages to existing Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store through off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events to expand your loyal customer base.

Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus up to $16,000 per year in individual commissions if all sales goals are met. Top performers can earn $65,000+ to $73,500+ annually.

High school diploma or GED required. One or more years of work experience and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you will receive your schedule four weeks in advance). Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income during summer, November through December, and peak vacation periods.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience working in a commission‑based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience

In this worksite‑based role you will work onsite at 472 N Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg, Maryland. Scheduled weekly hours are 40.
