RoleThe Shift Leader is a motivated, people‑focused leader who helps drive profitability and deliver outstanding service. They establish a cohesive team, resolve problems proactively, and provide mentorship and support to staff.
Responsibilities- Lead shift operations, ensuring efficient service and high quality standards.
- Motivate and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly, seeking assistance when necessary.
- Assist in training new staff and reinforcing company policies and procedures.
- Support management in achieving profitability goals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain a high‑performing team.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred.

Wendy’s Shift Leaders: $18.50 to $21.55 per hour, based on experience and restaurant location.
