The Shift Leader is a motivated, people‑focused leader who helps drive profitability and deliver outstanding service. They establish a cohesive team, resolve problems proactively, and provide mentorship and support to staff.

• Lead shift operations, ensuring efficient service and high quality standards.
• Motivate and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Identify and resolve operational issues quickly, seeking assistance when necessary.
• Assist in training new staff and reinforcing company policies and procedures.
• Support management in achieving profitability goals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain a high‑performing team.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.

Wendy’s Shift Leaders: $18.50 to $21.55 per hour, based on experience and restaurant location.
