Job Title:

LPN – PRN, Evening Shift (Every other weekend – Saturday & Sunday, 3 p‑11:30 p).

Location:

Assisted Living – Asbury Methodist Village.

Pay: $29.03–$35.73 per hour; may be eligible for a shift differential.

Shift: PRN, Evening Shift (Every other weekend – Saturday & Sunday, 3 p‑11:30 p).

• Direct day‑to‑day operations of the caregiver office, ensuring all staff follow rules, regulations, and guidelines governing assisted living.
• Complete medical forms, QA reports, evaluations, charting, 24‑hour reports for the Director of Nursing, admission/transfer/discharge forms, and accident/incident reports; document pertinent information in resident care notes/log and/or communicate to caregiver staff.
• Review monthly kardexes for completeness of information, accuracy in the transcription of physician orders, and adherence to stop‑order policies.
• Review the caregiver's interdisciplinary progress notes regularly to ensure they are informative, descriptive of the care provided, reflect the resident’s response, align with the resident’s wishes, and meet regulatory requirements.

• Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing experience or New Graduate.
• Current Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external customers.
