Akkodis is seeking an Chief Marketing Officer (B2B SaaS environment) for a Contract to Hire / Direct Hire position with a client located in Gaithersburg MD (Hybrid).

Rat/Salary Range: $hr on W2 without benefits/ $K/Annum on fulltime + Benefit. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and execute [Your Company Name]’s marketing vision. This executive role requires a seasoned marketing leader with deep expertise in the healthcare industry, B2B SaaS marketing, ERP solutions, and especially healthcare payment processing. The CMO will drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention, contributing directly to our aggressive growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, revenue targets, and the product roadmap.

• Identify market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in healthcare technology and SaaS, with an emphasis on healthcare payment processing.

• Define and articulate [Your Company Name]’s value proposition, brand messaging, and market positioning, highlighting our strengths in managing healthcare financial transactions.

• Collaborate with the CEO, CRO, CPO, and other executive leaders to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.

Brand Management & Awareness

Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing

Product Marketing

Market Research & Analysis

Public Relations & Analyst Relations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

• years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role (VP of Marketing or CMO) within a B2B SaaS environment.

Proven track record marketing ERP or complex enterprise software solutions.

• Deep expertise in the healthcare industry, including substantial experience with healthcare payment processing, revenue cycle management, and claims processing.

• Demonstrated success developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Strong expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, and brand management.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and demonstrate ROI.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Proven success building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
