Detailer (flat rate) – Gaithersburg, MD

We are looking for a team player who performs well in a fast‑paced work environment and is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

• Wash exterior of vehicles using various cleaning solutions.
• Wax and buff vehicles using cloths and buffing machines.
• Vacuum interior of automobiles to remove dirt and debris.
• Clean upholstery and surfaces, use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces.
• Apply preservation chemicals to protect against spots and stains.
• Clean and remove grease on engines or engine compartments.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to learn quickly and read and comprehend instructions.
• Strong teamwork and time‑management skills; arrive on time and stay on task during shift.
• Willingness to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Availability to work Saturday or Sunday and holidays as needed to meet production needs.

• Physically demanding; bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and moving numerous vehicles repeatedly during the work shift.
• Outdoor work under varying climate conditions.
• Use of safe and OSHA‑approved waxes and cleaners.
• Frequent flexing of spine, hands, wrists and fingers; occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lb.
• Strict adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

Flat rate per vehicle.
