This position is based in Madison, WI and requires relocation. Epic provides relocation assistance and will fully reimburse moving expenses.

As an In‑House Litigation Attorney you will help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in a rapidly changing industry. You’ll manage litigation and regulatory matters, counsel on an evolving competitive landscape, and drive rapid growth in responsibility.

• 3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases; competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination.
