Position: Director, Commercial Analytics & Technical Delivery (Oncology)

We are looking for a Director of Commercial Analytics who thrives at the intersection of high-level strategy and hands-on technical execution. Unlike traditional executive roles, this position is centered on day-to-day delivery and software-driven analytics. You will be responsible for the "how" as much as the "what," directly contributing to the development and deployment of analytical tools while managing the technical output of an offshore data science team.

While you will engage with AI and Data Science leads to align on business goals, your primary mission is the successful, hands-on delivery of robust, scalable analytics products for our Oncology and Specialty portfolios. Strong equity upside with growth linked directly to account performance and expansion.
