Doyon IT Academy will prepare you to fill a wide range of entry‑level technology jobs including Help Desk Analyst, Desktop Support Technician, Field Technician and more!
Candidates must have a passion for technology, desire to establish a career in IT, present themselves well and communicate effectively.

Participants are paid for training. No IT experience required. This opportunity is for Doyon Shareholders only.

• Must be able to commit to a 25‑week training starting March 30, 2026 to September 25, 2026, 7am‑3:30pm AKT, Monday – Friday.
• 1st week, March 30‑April 3, there will be an in‑person workshop in Gaithersburg, MD and all expenses will be paid.
• All remaining weeks will be remote training.
• There will be a summer break period of one week during the program, the week of June 29, 2026
  - July 4, 2026.
• Strict attendance policies (only 2 absences & 3 tardies allowed).
• Strict maintenance of GPA of 75%.
• Part 1:
  Basic computer concepts & basic Microsoft 365 concepts.
• Part 2:
  Hands‑on labs and company‑agnostic modules covering ticket foundation, customer service, and troubleshooting.
• A computer will be provided at no cost to you.

• Must be a Doyon Shareholder and at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Submit a current resume with education and employment experience with the online application
• Able to pass a background check and urinalysis for drug testing
