As an RBT at Jade, you’ll deliver compassionate, evidence-based care by implementing personalized ABA strategies under BCBA supervision to help clients build essential skills and make meaningful progress.

• Providing behavioral interventions to children with ASD at home.
• Implementing ABA therapy techniques.
• Monitoring and documenting progress, and communicating updates to families and caregivers.
• Collaborating with professionals to create and implement treatment plans.
• Maintaining a supportive environment for the child and family.

You’re an RBT who’s ready to hit the ground running and bring your A-game to a company that’s all about excellence and heart.

• Current RBT certification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD

• CPR certification – a great plus for safety readiness
• Spanish-speaking? Even better – we love connecting with diverse families!
