About the RoleAll Day Medical Care Clinic is seeking a licensed Behavioral Therapist to join our multidisciplinary care team. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapy to individuals and families in a supportive, collaborative clinical environment.
You’ll have the flexibility to provide care in person and via telehealth
, while working with a team that values clinical autonomy, ethical care, and professional growth.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy (in-person and telehealth)
- Utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and ACT
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with medical and behavioral health professionals to support patient outcomes
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Active Maryland license
: LCPC, LCPC-C, LGPC, LCSW, or LCSW-C - Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in behavioral or mental health therapy
- Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting
