Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in various markets across the US for a Biometric Screener. The Biometric Screener will conduct biometric screenings, including measuring blood pressure, and provide wellness-related guidance to participants. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, assisting with training efforts as needed, and ensuring accurate, professional execution of screenings. The role supports promoting wellness and fostering positive health outcomes.
Qualifications- Proficiency in conducting biometric screenings and accurately measuring blood pressure
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to creating a positive participant experience
- Experience in wellness coaching and providing support for health-related guidance
- Ability to assist with training initiatives as necessary
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in health and wellness or related fields is a plus
- Relevant certifications or training in health and wellness screening is beneficial
