Our client is a growing firm providing Land Development and Infrastructure related civil engineering services. We are looking to hire a Landscape Architect/ Planner to join the team.
Duties
Project Management, coordination with client, agencies in a respectful manner
Perform site planning/zoning analysis for private/public sectors
Produce layouts and grading
Research Regulations
Qualifications
BS Landscape Architecture/
Urban Planning and 3 years progressively responsible experience, or 5 years progressively responsible experience.
LA License or ability to secure one in one year.
Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Micro Station/Inroads
MS Office products a must.
Prince Georges County and Montgomery County, MD experience preferred, should have good relationships with county agencies (MNCCPC).
