Essential Skills/

Experience:

• Medical Doctor (Oncology strongly preferred)

• 4+ years of experience in a clinical role within the pharmaceutical industry Strong understanding of drug development and commercialization processes, including understanding of clinical and real-world outcomes research

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Validated ability to generate, analyze, and interpret clinical trials and published data

• Ability to lead multiple projects and products simultaneously

• Proven track record to work efficiently within a highly matrixed environment Strong leadership skills and business acumen

• Shows initiative, innovation, and critical thinking

• Board Certification, experience/certification in oncology Current or previous Clinical experience in Thoracic oncology

• Meaningful work experience in Oncology Medical Affairs

• Experience developing and/or launching a new pharmaceutical product

• Broad cross-functional pharmaceutical experience

• Contextual understanding of drug development

• Ability to interact efficiently with both commercial and scientific colleagues

• Willingness to travel internationally

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $ - $ USD Annual. Hourly and salaried non‑exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short‑term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity‑based long‑term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
