We’re looking for a driven and professional Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company — assisting customers during urgent roadside situations and ensuring timely, accurate dispatch of services.

7 a – 7 p (Sunday‑Tuesday)

• Professionally answer and manage high‑volume inbound calls
• Collect accurate service details and coordinate timely dispatch
• Provide clear communication and real‑time updates to customers
• Use GPS systems to deliver accurate ETAs
• Assist customers with vehicle release procedures
• Remain calm and solution‑focused in high‑pressure situations
• Work closely with drivers and internal teams to ensure seamless service
