Are you calm under pressure, highly organized, and passionate about helping people? We're looking for a driven and professional Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company - assisting customers during urgent roadside situations and ensuring timely, accurate dispatch of services.
This is more than a call center role - it's a critical position that keeps operations moving and directly impacts customer satisfaction every day.
Schedule: 7a-7p (Sunday-Tuesday)
