• Answering customer inquiries and scheduling service calls.
• Acting as the first point of contact, delivering empathetic and solutions‑focused service.
• Coordinating with Mallick Team members to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.
• Supporting customer retention and satisfaction with a positive, problem‑solving attitude.

  Familiarity with Service Titan software is a plus, but NOT required. If you’re new to it, don’t worry – we will provide training to get you up to speed quickly.

  Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Gaithersburg, MD, before starting.

Employment Type:

Full Time

Salary: $18 - $22 Hourly
