We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Site Superintendent to lead and actively contribute to high‑quality home renovation projects throughout the Gaithersburg, MD area. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a construction professional who thrives in the field and works alongside the crew. The ideal candidate is a working superintendent—someone who can manage trades, coordinate daily site operations, and jump into framing, trimming, carpentry, and general construction tasks when needed to keep projects on schedule.

• Supervise and manage day‑to‑day residential remodeling operations
• Perform hands‑on construction work including framing, trimming, carpentry, and general labor
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and specialty trades
• Manage material deliveries and job‑site logistics to prevent delays
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and job‑site safety protocols
• Inspect completed work to ensure high‑quality craftsmanship
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding progress and updates
• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Troubleshoot field challenges and implement practical, real‑time solutions
• Maintain project timelines and support successful job completion

• Proven experience in residential construction, remodeling, or renovation
• Strong skills in carpentry, framing, trimming, and general construction
