Position: Residential Construction Project Supervisor / Foreman
We are seeking a hands-on Residential Construction Project Supervisor / Foreman to lead home renovation and remodeling projects in Gaithersburg, MD. This is a field-driven leadership role ideal for an experienced construction professional who thrives in active jobsite environments and leads by example.

The Project Supervisor will be directly involved in daily construction activities-including framing, trimming, digging, and general carpentry-while coordinating subcontractors, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and actively participate in residential renovation and remodeling projects
• Perform hands-on construction tasks including framing, finish carpentry, trimming, digging, and general fieldwork
• Schedule subcontractors to ensure proper trade sequencing and on-time completion
• Coordinate and manage material deliveries to maintain consistent jobsite workflow
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and building codes
• Review and interpret construction drawings and project plans
• Communicate with homeowners to provide updates and maintain positive working relationships
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality craftsmanship and compliance with company standards
• Identify and resolve field challenges to prevent project delays

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential construction, remodeling, or renovation
• Strong hands-on carpentry and framing skills
• Experience supervising crews and coordinating subcontractors
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage daily field operations
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a physically demanding role
