Assist the HR Department with day-to-day operations.

What You Will Do- Assist in areas of compliance, benefits, recruiting, and professional development
- Maintain and update personnel files into HR database
- Audit and update professional development and records for associates
- Support the recruiting and onboarding process
- Assist with driver warning program and jobsite access
- Assist with Keeping Comfortable Newsletter
- Assist with life event program
- Assist with department-related projects and events
- Other duties as assigned
- Currently pursuing a college degree
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Administrative experience is a plus
- Sense of urgency, multi-tasker, accurate with data entry, organized, extremely detail-oriented
- Assertive, self-starter, responsive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with event planning is a plus
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in standard office environment
- Able to lift 25 lbs
