Overview
Support Center. Adventist Health Care seeks to hire an experienced Executive Assistant III for members of our System Executive team who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. This role will provide professional secretarial support to two or more Executives at Adventist Health Care. Responsibilities- Perform a wide variety of administrative functions, including coordinating committee meetings, preparing letters/correspondence, reports, scheduling meetings, and managing meeting minutes.
- Handle and type complex and highly confidential material.
- Manage and coordinate office and administrative functions.
- Coordinate and lead special projects.
- Support clinical and performance improvement initiatives.
- Lead and support committees as designated.
- Coordinate data collection, compilation, and submission.
- Develop and maintain an electronic filing system for administrative and personnel records, ensuring that this information is confidential.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in Healthcare or Business.
- 5-8 years of demonstrated administrative experience required.
- Experience maintaining an Executive’s calendar in a C-Suite environment.
- Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated experience supporting Senior Management.
- PMP or other Executive Assistant Certifications preferred.
- Proficient in PC skills such as the Windows work environment, internet, and using e-mail programs such as Group Wise and the Ceridian program.
- Knowledge of Visio and Microsoft Publisher.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient with standard office equipment (i.e., fax, copier, computer).
- Ability to establish positive working relationships internally and externally.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills, especially when speaking on the telephone.
- Ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment with all matters and handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information.
- Exceptional calendar management and scheduling background for Executive-level work.

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Pay Range: $71,932.12 - $
