Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our team on-site in Kirton In Lindsey. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Newett Homes’ properties, maintaining a professional sales environment, and building strong relationships with potential customers. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and guiding interested buyers, responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, and providing detailed information about available homes.

Additional duties include assisting with contract documentation, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the home buying process, and collaborating with the delivery team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Customer Service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and forge strong relationships
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of the real estate market and property development process
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and within a team environment
  • Positive attitude, goal-driven mindset, and dedication to exceptional customer service
  • Professional appearance and presentation skills
  • A valid driver’s license and access to transportation for travel purposes
  • Knowledge of the Yorkshire real estate market or surrounding areas is a plus
