Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Permanent)
Location: West Lindsey

Questech Recruitment are recruiting for a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our clients growing engineering team. This is a hands-on role working in a fast-evolving environment focused on innovation, sustainability, and reliability.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring electrical systems and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of safety, performance, and compliance.

Shifts
The client operates a 4 on 4 off rota working days & nights 12 hour shifts.

Salary
Upto £47,210 (Depending On Experience)

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across site

* Diagnose and fault-find on electrical systems, panels, motors, drives, and control equipment

* Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment as required

* Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and safety standards

* Support continuous improvement initiatives and energy efficiency projects

* Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

* Liaise with contractors and other engineering disciplines when required

About You

* Time-served Electrical Engineer or equivalent qualification

* NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering (or similar)

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferred)

* Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environment

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude

* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
