Academics are recruiting caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with special educational needs across schools in the Lincolnshire area. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference to children's learning and development.

• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis.
• Help pupils access the curriculum and develop confidence in the classroom.
• Support a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
