We work with our government customers in defense and civilian agencies to identify new technologies.
The OpportunityResponsible for supporting end users across the organization. This position focuses on day-to-day IT operations, including device setup, basic troubleshooting, account assistance, and ticket resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely support for end-user incidents submitted through Spiceworks.
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to Windows workstations, mobile devices, network connectivity, printers, peripherals, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Perform password resets and account unlocks per privileged access procedures.
- Image, provision, and deploy Windows and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Enroll devices into compliance and configuration profiles.
- Perform device refreshes, swaps, returns, and secure device wipes.
- Monitor workstation health through Ninja RMM.
- Execute basic remediation tasks.
- Apply updates and software deployments.
- Assist with user onboarding/offboarding.
- Create and configure user accounts following templates.
- Assign licenses and verify service provisioning.
- Maintain accurate notes in Spiceworks.
- Support compliance with organizational policies and CMMC Level 2.
- Provide professional communication with users.
- Escalate advanced issues as needed.
- Educate users on basic IT best practices.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain Secret US Security clearance
- High School Diploma Required;
Associate degree Preferred
- 1-2 years of IT support experience or equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and basic networking.
- Ability to follow structured processes in security-conscious environments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move typical IT equipment.
- Experience in Microsoft Azure GCC-High.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Ninja RMM, and Spiceworks.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
- Experience supporting conference room devices or VTC equipment.

- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Professional office environment with standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers).
- Frequent interaction with clients, executives, and government officials in both in-person and virtual settings.
- Work may occasionally be performed in secure government facilities, requiring adherence to security protocols.
