This is a full‑time, on‑site leadership role based in Gainesville, VA. As part of the Leadership team, you will oversee daily salon operations, support and mentor team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include managing schedules, driving sales performance, coaching team members, promoting professional development, and maintaining salon standards. You will play a pivotal role in cultivating a vibrant and positive workplace culture, motivating your team to achieve their goals.

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to coach, train, and inspire others to achieve individual and team goals.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest‑focused environments, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality experiences.
• Operational and organizational skills such as scheduling, inventory management, and following company policies and salon standards.
• Knowledge of hair care industry trends, styling techniques, and product knowledge is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with team members and guests.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by salon operations.
• Prior salon industry experience or certifications in cosmetology are a plus.
