This is a part-time/seasonal on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club, located in Gainesville, VA. The Front Desk Staff will serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service to members and guests. Responsibilities include managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and maintaining the front desk area. The role also involves assisting with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as managing reservations, handling phone calls, and using office software.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities to effectively manage front desk responsibilities.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Previous hospitality or front desk experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site role and follow the club’s policies and standards.
• Must be available weekends
