Kitchen Designer

Designer - Kitchen/Bath role at The Home Depot. Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome customers to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up for kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary.

Designers support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

• Welcome customers to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, and set up for measures.
• Meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations.
• Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary.
• Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment.
• Drive sales to support department and store goals by aligning with Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance priorities.
