Your role will involve collaborating with patients and healthcare staff to achieve quality outcomes while performing nursing duties independently within your scope of practice.

Under the guidance of our primary care operations team, you will work directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to ensure timely and equitable care. Your partnership with patients, providers, and the clinical care team will drive quality outcomes for all. Your responsibilities will align with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

• Deliver safe and effective patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Perform nursing duties independently within your scope of practice.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff to enhance care quality.
• Maintain a positive and flexible attitude in a patient-focused environment.

Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.

Licensure: Licensed as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of practice.

Preferred Experience: 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-directed with the ability to perform tasks independently.

• Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Prolonged standing and walking required each shift.
• Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
