This is a full-time, on-site Employee Benefits Account Manager position located in Gainesville, GA. The role involves collaborating with clients to manage and maintain employee benefits programs, providing customer support, and offering expert advice on plan options. The Account Manager will prepare proposals, process renewals, assist in compliance and benefit-related issues, and ensure clients receive timely and efficient service. Building and sustaining strong relationships with clients and carriers is a key aspect of this role.

• Strong customer relations skills, ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, and a focus on client satisfaction
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts and tasks efficiently
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in employee benefits, insurance, or HR is a plus
• State licensing in insurance or willingness to obtain the required certifications
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
