Job Responsibilities

Listen and assist our clients through their vehicle purchase experience
Ability to match clients with vehicles that reflect their needs
Build a long-lasting relationship with our clients
Complete and organize proper paperwork for sales and finance Managers
Knowledge of current vehicle inventory
Maintain a professional personal appearance.
Ensure client satisfaction rating at or above company standards

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
Excellent Client service skills.
Self-starter and self-motivated.
Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
Previous sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
Bi-lingual is preferred but not required
Must have a valid in-state driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report and be able to currently operate a motor vehicle in a safe manner
Must submit to a background and drug screen.

Education And/or Experience

High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working Environment & Physical Demands

Duties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors, and on client test drives. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with clients and other departments. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk, bend, lift, stoop, pull and sit.

Scheduled shifts will include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
