What You'll Do

As a Welder, you'll play a key role in assembling and welding components that meet our exacting standards.

You'll work with specialized tools and follow clear instructions to ensure every product meets quality benchmarks. This posting is for 1st and 2nd shift roles.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Welding and assembling parts with precision, following standardized work instructions
• Meeting production cycle times while maintaining top-tier quality
• Operating welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Supporting team goals and standardized work processes
• Inspecting previous welds for accuracy before adding new components
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace in line with 5S standards
• Upholding ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental standards
• Participating in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Essential Skills:

• Basic English reading and comprehension
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with weld-shop processes
• Prior experience in manufacturing welding

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

This role involves hands-on work in a dynamic manufacturing setting. You'll need to be comfortable working in hot or cold conditions, standing for long periods, and performing physical tasks such as lifting (up to 50 lbs), kneeling, and reaching. Strong vision and hearing are essential for safety and accuracy.
