Quality Control Laboratory Technician

Tower Sealants is seeking a reliable Quality Control Lab Technician for second shift, 2:45 PM - 11:30 PM. This role supports product quality through hands‑on testing, documentation, and equipment calibration. Full‑time, Monday-Friday in a clean, air‑conditioned lab environment. Technical training or lab experience preferred. Schedule flexibility is required.

Responsibilities/

Essential Functions:

* Handle raw materials and finished product samples according to established procedures

* Prepare samples and perform quality and laboratory tests to verify product conformance

* Document and verify production results and quality data accurately

* Assist with calibration, verification, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment

* Maintain accurate, detailed test records and laboratory documentation

* Follow all written and verbal work instructions, test methods, safety rules, and quality standard

* Perform laboratory housekeeping and cleaning to maintain a safe work environment

* Work on feet and move throughout the laboratory for approximately 85% of the workday

* Lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds

Minimum Qualifications:

* Applicants must meet one of the following qualifications:

- Associate's degree in a technical field

- 30‑hour technical certificate

- 2-4 years of experience in a Quality Control or Research Laboratory

* A combination of education and experience will be considered.
