Quality Control Laboratory Technician

Tower Sealants is seeking a reliable Quality Control Lab Technician for second shift (2:45 PM – 11:30 PM). This role supports product quality through hands‑on testing, documentation, and equipment calibration. Full‑time, Monday–Friday in a clean, air‑conditioned lab environment. Technical training or lab experience preferred. Schedule flexibility is required.

• Handle raw materials and finished product samples according to established procedures
• Prepare samples and perform quality and laboratory tests to verify product conformance
• Document and verify production results and quality data accurately
• Assist with calibration, verification, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Maintain accurate, detailed test records and laboratory documentation
• Follow all written and verbal work instructions, test methods, safety rules, and quality standards
• Perform laboratory housekeeping and cleaning to maintain a safe work environment
• Work on feet and move throughout the laboratory for approximately 85% of the workday
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds

• Applicants must meet one of the following:
  • Associate’s degree in a technical field
  • 30‑hour technical certificate
  • 2–4 years of experience in a Quality Control or Research Laboratory
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
