Tower Sealants is seeking a reliable Quality Control Lab Technician for second shift (2:45 PM – 11:30 PM). This role supports product quality through hands‑on testing, documentation, and equipment calibration. Full‑time, Monday–Friday in a clean, air‑conditioned lab environment. Technical training or lab experience preferred. Schedule flexibility is required.
Responsibilities- Handle raw materials and finished product samples according to established procedures
- Prepare samples and perform quality and laboratory tests to verify product conformance
- Document and verify production results and quality data accurately
- Assist with calibration, verification, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Maintain accurate, detailed test records and laboratory documentation
- Follow all written and verbal work instructions, test methods, safety rules, and quality standards
- Perform laboratory housekeeping and cleaning to maintain a safe work environment
- Work on feet and move throughout the laboratory for approximately 85% of the workday
- Lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Applicants must meet one of the following:
- Associate’s degree in a technical field
- 30‑hour technical certificate
- 2–4 years of experience in a Quality Control or Research Laboratory
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
